  • They put in the paper only continuous power, and maybe like other electric cars, the front engine is not running all the time. And maybe that it is the reason, when they made the homologation, in confort mode the engine it was not running and so they not add the power of the front motor to the specs

Difference Between Peak Power and Continuous Power

    1. Peak Power :
      - Definition : This is the maximum power output that a motor can achieve for a short duration. It typically occurs during acceleration or when the vehicle requires a burst of power (eg, climbing a hill).
      - Duration : Peak power is sustained for only a limited time (usually seconds to a few minutes) before the motor may overheat or become damaged.
      - Application : Useful for understanding the motor's capability to handle transient loads and rapid acceleration.
    2. Continuous Power :
      - Definition : This is the power level that the motor can sustain indefinitely without overheating. It represents the motor's efficiency and thermal management capabilities.
      - Duration : Continuous power can be maintained as long as the motor is operating under normal conditions.
      - Application : Important for assessing the engine's suitability for regular driving conditions and ensuring it can handle the vehicle's average power requirements.
