There is a hole for the cap, it will be trimmed out. it is not showing on the tool, but we use precision laser technology to cut.you can see on the drawing. This is the answer from them.

At my former car, ID4, I had one from Ireland, with hole for washer fluid and with some holes in it where you can put 3 fixing clamp for copper pipes and clip it to the black pipe from inside.

I have seen a video with the new Dacia Bigster and somewhere inside the console there is something that can be rotate in order to let the air inside. Because, like in the Ford the air vents for rear seats are part of the console. I will check for it when my Explorer will arrive
